Levitt analyzed the 2010 WSOP (including not just the main event but the 57 sub events that led up to it) and determined that the skilled opponents won an average of $350 per tournament and the other less skilled players lost an average of $400.
This is just more real world scientific evidence of something all poker players already know, which is that the person with the edge eventually wins.
